Cosmic energy(宇宙能量） is referred to as the life force and the energy that maintains the balance of entire cosmos. One of the way to receive cosmic energy is through meditation. We receive cosmic energy from sleeping but it is insufficient to maintain balance in our life. Cosmic energy enables one to heal.
This is why I am determined not to take any medicine from the start of this year(2015),especially western medicine. Your body have the ability to self heal. From this year, I will just depend on meditation for curing illnesses.
本人下定决心从2015起不吃药，尤其是西药。因为人的生体有自愈能力，只要气有在生体走。要靠静坐，宇宙能量在身体让气能走。
